Amapola: theme full of wisdom and introspective reflection


The Mexican nu-metal / hardcore band FXCK THE MONSTER releases material under the American label «Curtain Call Records ”,“ Remembranzas de Justicia y Libertad ”: 10 songs plus a bonus track.

The theme of his songs is protest, social criticism and fury against the brutal reality that is lived in Mexico and the world, as well as aspirational themes full of wisdom and introspective reflection.

The hallmark of the house are the powerful lyrics that, together with the roar of its music, result in unmissable sounds that will stir the head and conscience of each of its listeners.

The group from Ecatepec, Estado de México, formed in 2014 by Diego Alatorre (Vocalist), Bryan Cendejas (Guitarist), Ulises Lucario (Guitarist), Istvan Lucario (Bassist) and Ricardo Paniagua (Drummer), returns to virtual stages with a new production after his first international festival, the Tattoo Music Fest in Bogotá, Colombia at the beginning of the current year.

This project with 6 years of experience and highlights such as: their debut EP «Without fear», nominated for the Indie-O Music Awards in 2014 in the category of best metal album and the Kalani Award for the best band of Hardcore / Punk of 2020 in México (based on 2019 and early 2020), among other achievements, has not stopped working and the sample is its successful participation in the MXCHAOS Online Fest, Aztech Metal Fest and its announcement for the Heresy Fest Online in Argentina , among other online festivals.
